Innocent - Japanese Udon

The noodles when cooked.

InfoUdon noodles with shiitake mushrooms in a light miso sauce
197 calories. Naturally low fat. 2 of your 5-a-day.

For me, I'm not a vege person so it doesn't taste very good to me. There were just too many green peppers in the pot which overtakes all the other flavours. However the noodles it's self is pretty good. The texture is crunchy. I love the mushrooms in it.

How to cook
In the microwave (this works best): Take the pot out of the box and remove the lid. Pop the lid back on loosely and heat on full power (Cat E - 850W) for 2 minutes. Stir and cover again. Heat on full power for 1 half minutes until it's hot throughout.
On the hob: Pour the whole pot into a wok (or a saucepan), Cook over a low-medium heat for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally until it's piping hot.

Packaging/Price :
It was £2.90 I got it for £0.29. Very cute vector art based ! ^__^ I think the adorable packaging lured me to buying it. The plastic tub is also sturdy which can be reused as a pencil/pen holder for those arty one out there.

Where to buy? : Tescos. Selected UK supermarkets.

Overall :
Packing it super cute, however I really don't like the taste of the veges and sauces. :(

Repurchase? : Not for me

Waitrose 4 in 1 vitamin E facial cleansing wipes

InfoWaitrose 4 in 1 vitamin E facial cleansing wipes.
Contains natural Vitamin E extracts to leave skin feeling nourished. Use daily to cleanse, tone and remove make-up including waterproof mascara. Suitable for all skin types, Dermatologically tested. Contains 25 wipes.

It was okay for the first few sheets, after opening them and closing them for a number of time they started loosing their moisture. These cleansing wipes have so less moisture in them that I don't use them as facial wipes anymore after using up half of it. I did try squeezing some moisture out from them but not much came out.

Not very effective. Even after using these cleansing wipes, some makeup is still on my face. When wiping my mascara away, it doesn't really work as effective as I would imagine.

Very smooth and soft when I wipe them on my face.

It's simple and effective. I think the packaging caught my eye the most.

Where to buy?: Waitrose.

Non-sensitive. For £1.59 per pack , it is cheap but I wouldn't want to waste money on something I wouldn't use. It is okay as a hand wipe I guess because it does leave my skin feeling refreshed after using them. It's similar to the cucumber wipes however they just have a different smell. I definitely won't be repurchasing this again. I would most likely stay with my simple facial cleansing wipes or maybe change to using a liquid removal make-up.

Recommend?: No.
